You know, there is a quite horrific problem here. Now that e is a mod, he can't hijack threads, and do drive-by macro postings!
We can't have fun anymore! Didn't you just love hijacking threads, and turning them into competitions of who can put e and K into a funny pic in e's backyard?
They days of old are gone. e is still here, but his old personality is gone. No murdured. Murdured by his moderatorship. It just won't be the same anymore.
The golden days of macrumors are over. But soon... a new idol will rise up, and the people in the fields will know that this is there time. We will throw off the shackles, and bring those who were once one of us, and turned away, back to our side! WE WILL BRING EM BACK ALIVE!

In hindsight, I think I may have been high on Vegemite when I posted this. On that note, I'm gonna go eat some Vegemite.

Ok. I tried the battery on a friends iBook and it works fine. My charger also works in his iBook. I was told that it might the the DC In Board?

Try telling the boomers that their ss contributions weren't for them but for their now deceased parents to live off of and that there is nothing left for them. Not a vote winner. Healthcare reform is the only way. Other nations achieve much better results in both healthcare and education with less money. Unfortunately there is also a lot of debt to be paid back which will be expensive when rates rise. More pain to come. Raise taxes and cut spending.

There's nothing stupid about this. Its a huge privacy violation to have your locations constantly tracked without your consent, even if the data is not used directly by Apple.
For the 100000th time, it doesn't track your location.
Steve just does not look well in that photo - I even had to look closely to see if he'd been Photoshopped in or not as the colour of his skin is so different to the others'...

The man is undergoing cancer treatment. How do you expect him to look? He hasn't been looking well for a long time now. Probably because . . . he's ill?
How many more "Steve Jobs doesn't look well" comments do we need to read?
The point is, despite his not looking well, he's playing a very active role and making key decisions.

I had battery drain with 4.3.1 until I turned off Ping and restarted my phone. Since then, good battery life.
Same. Might just be a plecebo effect, but whatever...

Once you have the file on your drive use the G4 optimized Mplayer I created this (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=1129727&highlight=) thread to share. Be sure to set the Mplayer preferences the way I show there for best results.

Just put a drill bit through my middle finger (tore straight through and took some bone with it as well :() whilst wiring the house network up. Having a rest.
BTW itunes drive is in PPC but my apple tv says i need itunes 10.2 to stream. downloaded 10.2 and it needs OSX 10.5
Is there a way around that? if not why is 10.5 so flaming expensive?

I have a 8 G iphone in pristine Condition, Looking for a 4G unlocked straight trade, The phone is perfect but AT&T is horrible here and T Mobile is great...Straight Trades only.....

Hey guys, n00b question here: I recently bought iFlat4 HD for my fourth gen iPod Touch. It's an amazing theme and I love it, but I just saw iFlat 2 HD on Themeit. Just wanted to know witch ones newer and better and what the differences are. Another thing is when I applied iFlat4 the Camera, Maps and Photos icons stayed stock, any way to fix this?

Has anyone any experience of running Xara on Virtual PC ? If so, does it install and run ok, or is it like shovelling treacle?It runs. That's about all that can be said for it.
If you're just doing really basic stuff, it isn't too bad. But once you get in to motion or lighting effects, it bogs down.
I'd imagine it would depend a bit on your system... though, I can't say I've noticed a massive difference in VPC between my Powerbook 1.0 and my PowerMac DP 1.8.

Might want to check the signature app in the store. I've had it for over a year, you can choose up to 6 signatures. Use to be called signature pro, but my app says just Signature.
