I got some money from my parents.
In addition to money (about $50), I got a new wallet, some new games for my iPhone and a generic brand racing wheel for my PS3 to use with the GT5 game I bought last month.

That's what growl does? I've only ever seen/ heard about it in the Proteus message boards
All it does is to provide a service for applications to notify users of events.
Like using an applescript that Growl provides, whenever I get a new email i'll have a bubble pop up informing me which account received a new email, who is it from and the subject title.
As I said you'll have to try it to love it. And check out their list of applications that use growl. ;)

New Iphone user, Please Help, Iphone 3GS can not restore any ipsw, Error 3194.
Iphone ver.3.1.2 (jailbreak) bootRom?
After WiFi stop recognized network, I choose to reset Iphone network?
After Iphone reset, I tried run with blackra1n version RC3,
From that time I can not restore any IPSW files. It gave an Error 3194 or see below log messages.

I am having a question about the shake event. I have developed an application which starts a count-up timer when the shake event begins and stops the timer when the shake event ends. My question is when we try shaking two iPhones catching them in one hand, do both generate the same timer value?
Any kind of help is appreciated.

I still use a Verizon dumbphone. I see no real reason to switch to iphone, simply because I have little interest in the device (plus, I can't afford a data plan right now, which is required when you buy a Verizon smartphone)
Verizon requires a $30 month data plan....AT&T offers one for $15 if you don't use a lot of data. That'll save you $360 over the 2 year contract.

ld go for this over iCloud. It's a brilliant idea to brand a cloud related service as a castle. It just fits. They can even claim that it's "magic as a castle in the sky"

As big a fan of the film, and Miyazaki, as I am, I'm not sure the end of the film would make for a good analogy!! 'Store your data with Apple: watch it crumble into the sea or float off into space!' :)

all i know if they let you store video and music they better offer gobs of space or it wont work for me i have Well over 500 GB of iTunes purchases and my total media lib it nearing 2TB i would pay for this service if it offers streaming... after a recent close call with my Drobo and thanks to apple to letting me redownload all my purchases from the dawn of time i lost only a few hundred GB of data however my main machine is an iMac that has a 3TB drive and backing up to my drobo after i hit 3TB i dont know what to do or where to store it all and back it up.
is anyone else running in to this problem
Just buy external hard drives and do they traditional backups.
